Open Outlook 2013 and go to FILE. Go to Options. Click on the Mail Tab and then on the Signatures button. You should see your signature in the list of Select signatures to edit box. The name of your signature will be your file’s name. Also, in the Edit signature box, your signature may not display properly. Replies (7) . The HTML contained references to 2 web graphics (a signature and a logo), and Outlook converted them to attached local files at a bigger size and higher dpi than the originals (100 pixel wide signature at 72 dpi is attached as 225 pixel wide graphic at 240 dpi), so they appear huge on the page. Click the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When you're done, select Save > OK. Edit the HTML Source Code while composing a Message Editing the HTML source code has been made very easy in Outlook Express. In Microsoft Office Outlook well, not so much and I doubt whether the tool available has actually been designed for this since the process is anything but intuitive.
Since I wrote the tutorial, Creating an Attractive HTML Signature in Apple Mail, many people have asked for instructions in getting their very own customized HTML email signature installed for Microsoft Outlook (Version 2010 – Windows). So here it is! This presumes that you already have a well-designed HTML email signature like the ones I create for my clients.
AFAIK this hasn't changed in Outlook 2016: right-click the message body and choose 'View Source'.

Step 1: Add a New Placeholder Signature
In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail and click on “Signatures“. Click “New” to create a new placeholder signature. Give the new signature a name you can remember.
Step 2: Open Outlook’s Signature Folder on Your Computer
Here are the locations on the hard drive where Outlook places signature files:
Windows 7 and Windows Vista
C:UsersusernameAppDataRoamingMicrosoftSignatures
C:UsersusernameAppDataRoamingMicrosoftSignatures
Windows XP
C:Documents and SettingsusernameApplication DataMicrosoftSignatures

Note:Make sure to show hidden files and folders.
Step 3: Find and Open the New Signature file
Within the Signature Folder, locate the file that you have created in Step 1. Open it with Notepad. You may right-click on the file and select the option to open with Notepad.
Step 4: Replace Placeholder Text With Your HTML Codes
Erase all content in the placeholder signature file and paste your HTML signature codes. Hit Save.
Step 5: Assign Signature for Messages

In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures, set to use your new Signature for both New Messages and Replies/Forwards. This will ensure consistent application of your HTML signature on all your messages.

If you use Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 to manage all emails in your small business, consider creating an HTML email signature. Outlook 2010 will append this signature to all your emails, so it's a good way to promote your business and website. To create an email signature, your must first make sure your messages are composed in HTML format by default. You can then use the signatures feature to create a signature.
1.Launch Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 on your computer.
2.Click 'File' in the top left corner of the Outlook window and select 'Options' from the drop-down menu. The Outlook Options window pops up.
3.Click 'Mail' in the left navigation pane. The mail options are displayed in the right pane.

Select 'HTML' in the Compose Messages drop-down menu to ensure your messages use HTML elements.
5.Click the 'Signatures' button and the 'Signatures and Stationery' window pops up.
6.Click the 'New' button, and type a name in the New Signature prompt and click 'OK.' A new signature is created and you can edit it in the text box at the bottom of the window.
7.Insert the elements you want to have in your signature. Use the style formatting buttons to change the font style to underlined, bold or italic and align the text. Click the icon of a mountain with sun to insert pictures, or click the icon of the globe with chain to insert a hyperlink.

8.Click the 'Save' button to create the HTML email signature.
9.Click 'OK' to close the 'Signatures and Stationery' window.
